Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of matters involving a lot of Civil Litigation/Commercial Litigation/Labor & Employment Law/Personal Injury/Insurance Defense/General Liability/Construction Defect/Product Liability/Premises Liability claims matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school..
• Admitted to practice law in New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently.
