We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of customer information while providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and managing data related to customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the company databases.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding their accounts.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and generate reports related to customer data and service issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
