Cost Analyst/Scheduler (DOD/Manufacturing)

Title: Production Scheduler / Cost Account Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a BS Degree in Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide planning, scheduling, and business analysis support for multiple departments.
2. Generate integrated master schedules with appropriate work breakdown structures, allocate budgets, generate standard business reports and metrics, assess and manage change, support development of new proposals, create resource plans and forecasts, and provide strategic planning support.
3. Utilize EVM methods to monitor cost and schedule progress, evaluate variances, and update performance forecasts.
4. Collaborate with production planners to maintain required inventory levels, manage project costs, and devise solutions to production problems.
5. Independently devise solutions for variances to the production schedule and present to management.
6. Draft, edit, and support Basis of Estimate for proposal work.
7. Support Control Account Managers (CAMs) or act as a CAM, as requested.
8. Coordinate and lead lower classified planners and schedulers, assisting supervisors in training and coaching on best practices.
9. Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs using Microsoft Project.
10. Work closely with Program Managers and Control Account/Task Managers to ensure timely program execution.
