Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $22.55 - $22.80 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
2. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
3. Control expenses and manage shrink.
4. Oversee merchandising and inventory control.
5. Manage staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum age requirement is 21.
2. Must have a flexible schedule.
3. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
4. Prior retail management experience is required.
