Activities Director Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a diverse activities program for residents.
• Plan daily and special events, including social, physical, and educational activities.
• Supervise activity staff and ensure safe, enjoyable participation.
• Coordinate activities with the care team and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain records of resident participation and manage the activities budget.

Activities Director Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting preferred.
