The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Assistant to join their growing team in Monsey, NY.
Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle calls from clients, process customer service requests, and service accounts for the Producer as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to Insurance Producers and Account Managers on a daily basis.
  • Collect new account information and enter it into our Agency Management System.
  • Follow up with clients and insurance companies on proposals and quotes, providing additional information as required.
  • Manage numerous requests throughout the workday and follow directions closely with minimal supervision.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as typing, data entry, and other computer skills.
  • Organize tasks and maintain effective communication both in person and over the phone
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic proficiency in typing and computer skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
