We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Responsibilities: • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions • Help expand and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
