Position Overview:

This is a travel sales position. You will be traveling 75% of the year. You do not have to live in any particular city or state, but must be near an international airport.

Responsibilities:

1. Generating and handling traffic
2. Handling phone calls and onsite traffic
3. Following up with prospects
4. Qualifying prospects
5. Conducting tours
6. Securing leases
7. Facilitating on-site staff training
8. Preparing lease documents
9. Maintaining excellent customer service
10. Maintaining thorough knowledge of the property and the comps in the market
11. Achieving and exceeding occupancy and prelease goals
12. Performing various administrative tasks as needed
13. Performing any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening, and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
2. Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of sales approaches
3. Prioritization and organization of time and customers
4. Willingness to work non-traditional hours
5. Multi-family or student housing experience
6. Must have passion for sales
7. Confidence, creativity, and organizational skills
8. A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done, no matter what
9. Must be proficient in social networking: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
