Job Description

Pumps of Houston, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Branch Manager/Inside Sales professional to join our team in Austin. As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing the shop operations and internal Customer Service team.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise shop personnel and internal Customer Service employees
2. Monitor shop equipment performance and maintenance
3. Approve purchases of shop supplies, test equipment, and specialty tools
4. Track and expedite jobs to meet customer promise dates
5. Handle warranty work when necessary
6. Provide support to customers and sales representatives
7. Manage quotations, ordering, tracking, and expediting of parts, repairs, field service, and installation jobs
8. Assist in pricing/costing activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in managing shop operations and customer relationships
