REPORTING
Managing the receipt, process to upload financial data from client to JLL systems
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting of client spend data in JLL systems
Main finance contact for JLL marketplace spend management and reporting
Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
Support and implement "Best in Class" reporting.
Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
Monthly & quarterly report generation and analysis
Maintain and enhance reporting
Assist with various accounting-related activities
BUDGETING | FORECASTING
Support forecast and budget for client managed spend with client finance team
Collaborate cross-functionally with budget owners to build and maintain budgets and forecasts
Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change
OTHER
Assist calculation, timely billing and recognition of revenue/fees in accordance with the Master Service Agreement
