Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Day to day trademark prosecution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trademark prosecution
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases effectively.
Further Details:
- Pay: $94,000 - $175,000*
* Senior Paralegal (minimum of 7 years of experience) is a minimum of $85,00.00 to a maximum of $127,00.00 per year.
Senior Paralegal Specialist (minimum of 18 years of experience) is a minimum of $105,800 to a maximum of $158,700 per year.
And then anywhere in between depending on experience! (I know how it is to see a wide range on a job posting but this isn't an attempt to bring in someone with the promise of big money only to low ball them later, it's more a reflection of the pay scale that's already set in place at the firm.)
