We are hiring a motivated individual to join our diverse team as a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, MN. Schedule | 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Pay | $17.00 - $18.50 per hour Daily tasks include taking inbound calls providing information regarding legal settlements. Position requires answering caller questions by following a script and documenting call information into a tracking database. Some outbound calls may be required to follow up on messages from callers. Will be dealing with confidential information, and it will be important to follow the script to ensure the same legal answers to caller questions. Qualified candidates will have two years of call center experience and collections experience preferred.
