Job Title: Principal Technical Program Manager

Location: Various locations including Stockholm, London, and Seattle

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the roll-out of our "better than broadcast" low latency solution, Sye, across new regions and devices.
  2. Coordinate work streams across numerous Prime Video teams and report to leadership on risks and mitigations.
  3. Influence organization roadmap priorities, system owners, and technical direction.
  4. Guide the technical direction and decisions to deliver a solution that meets Amazon's high standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence.
  5. Educate and mentor other Technical Program Managers and junior team members on program management best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
