Job Title: Principal Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the roll-out of our "better than broadcast" low latency solution, Sye, across new regions and devices.
- Coordinate work streams across numerous Prime Video teams and report to leadership on risks and mitigations.
- Influence organization roadmap priorities, system owners, and technical direction.
- Guide the technical direction and decisions to deliver a solution that meets Amazon's high standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence.
- Educate and mentor other Technical Program Managers and junior team members on program management best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of technical program management experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
