Work You’ll Do:
This recruiting role will provide you a unique opportunity to help grow our experienced Strategy & Operations team, while also playing a key role in developing and hiring our campus talent pipeline. You will be able to use your strategic mindset and deep understanding of recruiting to source, interview, and welcome world class talent to our team.

About You:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in a consulting environment, ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to represent Impact Advisors to all levels of candidates from new grads to seasoned executives.
- Experience creating and implementing innovative recruitment strategies and programs that align with the firms’ hiring needs.
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers, HR, D&I team) to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational goals and diversity efforts.
- Public speaking professional that can create interactive presentations and deliver a compelling message.
- Exceptional one on one communicator who will work with candidates to understand their needs and guide them towards a rewarding career with Impact Advisors.
- Integrity driven decision maker who can recognize top talent using value-based interviewing.
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced, ever changing, growth-oriented environment.
- Organizer that can manage multiple pursuits while providing a superior candidate experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel, and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently manage recruitment workflows and data.
- Holds or expected Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or similar concentration.
- Authorized to work in the US.
