We’re hiring for a Tax Supervisor – Private Client Services (PCS) for our Melville, NY office. The Private Client Services (PCS) Tax Practice focuses on tax business planning, advisory & compliance services for ultra-wealthy families as well as multi-general wealth planning. The group specializes in the taxation of gifts, trusts, estates, foundations, closely held entities and individual returns.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Review individuals, trusts, gift taxes, and flow through entities
- Supervise and develop associates
- Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax saving strategies
- Prepare budgets and schedule engagements accordingly
- Train and mentor lighter level associates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preferred field in Accounting
- 5+ years solid tax experience with high net-worth individuals
- Superb communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Able to problem solve and think both creatively and logically
- Strong tax research skill
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA License or on track to obtain
- Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting
- Software Experience - CCH ProSystem, Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Axcess Tax a plus
- Experience with BNA a plus

Compensation Range:
Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00
