The Opportunity
Are you passionate about providing expert claims support and delivering top-tier client service? M3 is seeking a dedicated Claims Advisor for our Property and Casualty division to proactively manage and service commercial insurance claims.
As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing claims reporting, staying up to date on claim activities in the agency management system, and reviewing the status of claims. Utilizing your critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, you will provide guidance and support to our clients and internal teams.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Review and evaluate claims to ensure accurate reporting to carriers or delegate tasks as needed to other claims team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular claims updates, guidance, and management support.
- Maintain updated claims activities in the agency management system in a timely manner.
- Serve as a resource for claims resolution and manage claims reviews.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to stay informed on active claims and provide strategic insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, or related field preferred; OR 3-10 years of experience in multi-line property and casualty claims handling; OR equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Property and Casualty License or willingness to complete licensing.
- Insurance or claims-related designation (CIC, AIC, CPCU, etc.) desired but not required.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel to clients and prospect sites occasionally.
