SAP Analytics Lead

The Accenture SAP Business group helps clients modernize their SAP footprint, move to the cloud, and ultimately drive a competitive advantage through industry-specific solutions.

Within SAP BG, our practitioners focused on SAP Data and Analytics focus on the data and analytics solutions for our clients, either as a part of their SAP transformation journey or as a stand-alone modernization initiative. Majority of our SAP clients have implemented a variety of technologies, and we help them implement hybrid Data & Analytics solutions based on their business needs and industry trends.

You Are:

SAP Analytics Delivery Lead with extensive experience selling, solutioning, and delivering Analytics solutions for SAP customers.

The Work:

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

1. Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
2. Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
3. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
4. Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
5. Decisions have a major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility.
6. Manages medium-large sized teams at a client or within Accenture.
7. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

1. Minimum of 8 years experience with SAP Analytics.
2. Experience with a minimum of 5 implementations with SAP HANA SQL and/or SAP S/4 HANA with SAP/Data warehouse solutions.
3. Minimum of 7 years experience with BI and Analytics.
4. Minimum of 7 years experience with Data Warehousing and Database concepts.
5. Minimum of 7 years experience with development of complex conceptual and logical data models.
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
7. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
8. SAP HANA S/4 (CDS Views).
9. SAP Analytics Cloud.
10. SAP Datasphere, DWC, BW/4HANA / S/4HANA.
11. Implementation experience with SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI).
12. Experience with data integration from multiple source systems.
13. Experience with database development using Big Data/Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
