We are seeking a visionary Community Manager who will set the standard for excellence. We are seeking an experienced manager in multi-family properties. Must be ready to provide excellent property and personnel management, leasing results, and genuine hospitality. Position requires a person who is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, always follows through, and understands the importance of rent collections, renewals, marketing, following budgets, AND providing excellent customer service while meeting the goals of the investors and overall business plan.

Responsibilities

  1. Managing residential properties and addressing property complaints and rental violations.
  2. Maximizing occupancy rates and ensuring timely rent and fee collection.
  3. Preparing and managing annual budgets and income projections.
  4. Handling A/P invoices, petty cash, and all financial transactions with precision.
  5. Fostering a collaborative and harmonious environment among staff and residents.
  6. Collaborating with Corporate to refine policies, procedures, and training processes.
  7. Leading a seamless transition with the current property manager to ensure ongoing success.

Job Requirements

  1. 2+ years experience managing and leasing rental units
  2. Advanced skills in Word, Excel
  3. Professional presentation
  4. Excellent market knowledge
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. AppFolio experience, CAM or ARM a huge plus!
