What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Home location within approximately 15 miles radius of specified center
- High School diploma/GED required
- Minimum 2 years of customer interaction or support experience
- 3 plus years working in a call center position with certification or training
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and Windows-based environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 5 plus years of management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams
