Qualifications Basic

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
2. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.

Preferred

1. At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE Projects.
2. At least 2 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, and Angular JS/Node JS technology.
3. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
4. Requirement gathering, analysis, and design.
5. Good communication skills to coordinate with the onsite team.
6. At least 2 years of experience in managing small teams, providing guidance in technical assistance, work allocation, and ensuring delivery.
7. Quality awareness and implementing best practices in the team.
8. Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive.
9. Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions.
10. Good client interfacing skills and analytical skills.
11. Experience in the Telecom domain.
12. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
