Job Summary:
The Wealth Advisor Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals that service Bessemer's ultra-high net worth clients and prospects. This individual will partner with the Wealth Advisory Team to help increase prospective client engagement through direct and digital marketing to individuals, other professional advisors and entities throughout the US. This is an internal support role with a focus on increasing the scope and effectiveness of campaigns that are fundamental to business development.
Responsibilities:
  • Data base management (through Salesforce) which includes data entry, campaign management, and report building
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Prepare both electronic and hard copy presentation materials
  • Conduct market research
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Data base management experience (ideally Salesforce)
  • Email marketing automation software experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include: Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word as well as Adobe
  • Strong desire to understand the Wealth Management Business
  • Comfortable using technology

The base salary range for this position is ($60,000.00 - $100,000.00). Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based on individual and company performance.
Eligible employees may participate in a 401 (K) program with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability covering and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
Securities licenses will not generally be obtained or maintained unless deemed by Bessemer Trust to be required in order for you to perform the responsibilities of this position.
