Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our customer service division, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Assist customers by providing product and service information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely resolutions and feedbacks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
