Business Development Manager
Parts ASAP is now seeking full time Business Development Managers! Our business development managers focus is growing sales in their territory by meeting with clients regularly to discuss our products and service.
We are a team-oriented group that has a lot to offer- incentives and bonuses as well as a great range of benefits and coverage.
What's required from me?
• Substantial experience with construction and agriculture equipment and parts
• Substantial knowledge of construction and agriculture equipment and parts
• Honesty
• Driver License in good standing.
• Always working as a TEAM.
• Stay FOCUSED during worktime (Keep personal emails and phone use to a minimum.)
• Arrive to work on time each day.
• Positive attitude towards all in all circumstances.
• Attention to detail ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Come prepared to quarterly review meetings as well as weekly sales meetings.
• Attain goals set out on weekly sales meeting.
What will I do?
Including but not limited to:
• Spend 2 + days per week on the road in designated Zone. Focusing on areas below in view of hitting sales targets set out at the beginning of the year.
• Development of new customer accounts. (Primarily dealers and rental stores)
• Develop a full knowledge of all customers and prospects in Zone.
• Set and manage price levels for all customer and prospects in Zone.
• Visiting existing customers, keeping them informed of all products and fixing any issues.
• Take lead in handling any customer issues such as fitment, billing, returns, warranties, and freight companies that may arise.
• Arrange travel time as much as possible to maximize 7am - 5pm for visiting customers.
• Timely reply to customer emails.
• Follow up all road trips when in the office by email and phone.
• Follow up on all telephone and emailed quotes.
• When in the office, keep the call overflow on, answering calls as needed for the ISR Team.
• Always have a positive attitude towards the customer
• Maintain records of all customer interactions in ERP system. (NetSuite)
• Send all warranties in required format.
• Send all orders, by attaching a new order case to the quote.
• Submit all returns by attaching a return case to invoice or receipt.
