We are seeking a Sales Manager to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts with a history in the Broadcast / Live events industry. We are NEP Sweetwater and this is a full-time position based out of our Panorama City location. This person will develop a strategy and business plan to improve our presence in the market. While this position is based on-site it does require travel no less than 30% of the time. This could be a hybrid position. Salary range is $85,000 - $185,000 plus bonus and commission opportunities.

Minimum 5 - 7 years Broadcast / Live Industry experience in project management and sales is prerequisite for this position.
Key duties include:
- Manage current sales and business relationships to increase the services and service levels we provide to these current clients
- Identify direct and 3rd party customers in the region and strongly market and solicit their business
- Act as key financial driver of revenue to business unit
- Communicate current pipeline and leads to Division President on a weekly basis
- Revise and update contracts as needed. Manage these contracts and ensure that billing is correct according to the contract language
- Formulate strategies to maintain and grow existing market share and drive revenue for the division
- Work with Division President, Acct Managers, Clients and Field Engineering team to plan the technical and logistical aspects of projects
- Assist on-site technical coordinator as needed
- Attend Production Meetings and Site Surveys to assist in show planning details. Assist on-site when needed getting shows underway
- Coordinate the information of on-site engineers and delivery details to Sales/Shop Coordinator
- Demonstrated knowledge of broadcast management, technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable TV networks
- Ability to multi-task, plan projects, and implements them efficiently and cost effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be willing and able to travel -requires travel
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 - 7 years industry related experience in project management, however a combination of education and experience will be considered
