Temporary role/Hybrid
Our client is seeking a Property Accountant to handle the accounting month end close process for Commercial Properties. The ideal candidate will have had a portfolio of commercial properties and have previously completed the month end close along with fixed assets and depreciation schedules, accruals, amortizations, and bank reconciliations.
Qualifications include a bachelors degree in accounting and/or finance and 4 plus years as a property accountant. Strong accounting software and MS Excel skills needed.
