A high volume grain elevator is currently seeking an experienced Grain Operations Manager. This location offers top of the line equipment, and has the ability to move a high volume of grain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the oversight of operations personnel
- Manage grain inventory and quality
- Oversee loading/unloading of grain
- Oversight of grain blending
- Safety and compliance management
- Oversight of capital projects
- Provide a high level of customer service
Background Requirements:
- 1 years of grain management experience
- Strong knowledge of grain operations
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
