Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Melville, NY . This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity, for someone with previous call center experience.
Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, order status, and general customer service needs.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders, including tracking shipments, returns, and exchanges.
• Respond to customer emails and other digital communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as shipping, inventory, and sales to ensure efficient order processing.
• Update customer accounts and order details in the database.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
• Achieve and maintain call center performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
• Experience working in an ERP system is required

Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years working with order entry or call center role

Worksite: Onsite
Salary: $24-25hr

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
