Bartenders at YBR Casino and Sportsbook do more than serve drinks...they are experts of drink knowledge with the ability to describe local brews, imports and exotic beers, or perhaps recommend an appropriate wine based on what our guests are looking for. - Effectively makes cocktails according to TSRC and/or guest specifications. Offers drink suggestions and recommendations to guests when appropriate.
- Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis.
- Always uses FLAG protocol when serving alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 35.
- Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
- Must be able to complete and be well versed in alcohol service training. Must maintain working knowledge of acceptable forms of identification. Demonstrates the ability to identify altered or false identification.
