Financial Analyst, FP&A at a Glance....

The Financial Analyst, FP&A position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all functions for finance in North America. Individual will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in NA-wide initiatives. Opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and sales areas. Significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the Sales organization, including the US Sales CFO, Customer Vice Presidents, etc.

What's on the menu?

  • Play a critical role in the US Retail Sales' main planning and reporting activities, including monthly KHC Business Management cycle (i.e. IBP, MBR, Finance Committee), major forecasts, Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating Plan
  • Provide analytical support on business results and achieving financial targets (e.g. tracking Risks & Opps, Action Plans, etc.)
  • Assist on strategic planning, modeling, and preparation of management presentations
  • Analytical support to Sales Finance and BU Finance teams as well as cross functional Finance partners (i.e. Accounting, Audit, and Legal)
  • Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics
  • Lead automation initiatives for US customer reporting

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Accounting preferred
  • Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
  • FiT, Hyperion, and/or SAP skills preferred
  • Demonstrated strong accounting and analytical skills, as well as broad business acumen
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a high intensity environment, managing multiple projects concurrently with limited direct supervision
  • Ability to work with and manage a broad variety of teams
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
