If you work well with people too, join our team and help us provide that voice.Purpose of Position: Facilitate the onboarding and training process for all new volunteers. Coordinate the League's community service volunteer program.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate onboarding process for all new volunteers Maintains schedules and general communications for all of the onboarding process Lead and/or support multiple monthly group trainings Update and revise training resources as necessary Annually evaluate training content to ensure it is accurate and comprehensive Coordinate community service volunteer program, including processing applications, running background checks and managing communications, while maintaining confidentiality Coordinate all aspects of Summer Teen Program, including recruitment, training, communications and reporting Work closely with department leadership in planning tasks and supervising community service volunteers Interview prospective volunteers and assign them to areas of interest Assist in the development of new trainings Resolve volunteer issues as they arise Assist current and prospective volunteers as needed throughout the day while providing excellent customer service People CarePeople are the key to fulfilling our mission.
