This role involves setting up and operating these machines, using an assortment of tools, gauges, and fixtures, as well as desktop PCs and overhead cranes. Additionally, it involves performing complex machining operations to meet precise tolerances across various components.Materials Processed:Components such as gears, pinions, hubs, rings, and wheelsMaterials including cast iron, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallics3rd shift Schedule: 10:30pm-7:30am Sunday-ThursdayKey Job ResponsibilitiesReview production schedules regarding jobs for processing.Set up and operate machines for turning, drilling, tapping, boring, milling, gashing, grinding, and other tasks.Deburr and inspect parts for accuracy, using machine probes, inspection tools, and gauges.Complete all required documentation, including part stamping.Qualifications/RequirementsExperience operating CNC machines, with a focus on turning, gearing, and gashing.Proficiency in precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.Familiarity with CNC programming and manual edits.Komatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
