Business/Systems Analyst

Our client, a Telecommunications company located in Stamford, CT is in need of a Business/Systems Analyst on a 3 to 6 month contract-to-hire basis. The Business/Systems Analyst will work onsite daily, joining a team focused on mobile billing technologies and solutions (Amdocs). The Business/Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the release management process by conducting in-depth requirements gathering, and most importantly, create Business Requirements Documents that are detailed and can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Business or Systems Analyst, conducting requirements gathering with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrable experience creating detailed, well-written, and easy to follow BRDs
• Ability to balance working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Outgoing, and able to take initiative and take on work without needing hand-holding or micromanagement

• Mobile/Telecom industry experience
• Experience working with billing technologies such as Amdocs (preferred), ICOMS, CSG, etc.
• Local to the Stamford, CT area
