N*OW HIRING - CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE for a top third party healthcare organization
FULL TIME 40 hr work week
Weekly pay & benefits provided
FIRST SHIFTS BETWEEN 7AM - 6PM (Require Saturday or Sunday shift)
ON SITE BOSTON, MA
- Handle high volume 1800 calls from patients of local hospitals and clinics
- Navigate dual computer monitors
- Update patient information in computer system
- Answer general inquiries, schedule/reschedule appointments, transfer calls as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have 1+ years of prior call center/CSR experience
- Healthcare experience a plus!
