Technical Lead H/F
Ponticelli Frères , an industrial group with an international presence serving companies in the energy sector, is looking for a Technical Lead.

We offer you the opportunity to join us on a permanent contract . The proposed position is located in Emerainville.
The position we are offering is based on the following main tasks:
- Lead determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team;
- Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals;
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard;
- Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible;
- Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements;
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
- Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required;
- Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes;
- Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders;
- Navigate through various fields of projects: Oil & Gas, renewable energies, etc.
Profil
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Experience in a similar position for at least 10 years.
Excellent technical skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Willingness to build professional relationships with local and foreign staff.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
