Remote Senior Sales Manager - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 | First-Year Earnings: $130,000 - $150,000
Our client, a leader in seasonal scent products, is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Manager to expand their brand presence across multiple retail channels, including Department Stores, Grocery, DIY, Drug, Garden Centers, and more. This is a "Hunter" role, focused on identifying new business opportunities while also growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling and networking.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across various distribution channels.
• Develop retailer-specific sales presentations and solutions.
• Lead growth initiatives with existing retail partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies.
• Manage and motivate sales brokers to drive revenue.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a "Hunter" sales role within consumer goods (seasonal products experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Expertise in managing sales brokers and distributors.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
