Role and responsibilities

1. Development Quality & Plant Quality- Battery Cooling Systems
2. Responsible for new products APQP process & documentation
3. Responsible for customer handling & coordinate the Quality related activities
4. Train operators about the product quality & critical parameters in the process/product
5. Responsible for monitoring and recording quality, cost and delivery time of each project
6. Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the department
7. Adhere to APQP process & ensure the Zero defects at customer end
8. Participate in vehicle trials or System level trials at customer end
9. Address the fit and functional issues related to quality
10. Co-ordinate with suppliers to get the sub components/machines/tools/jigs etc with appropriate quality levels
11. Responsible for achievement of Individual & team’s targets for the year
12. Interface with customer for all quality concerns
13. Requests & coordinates lab testing activities (metrology, PV testing, any other experimental test)
14. Must have working knowledge of QMS – IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001: 2015
15. Contributes to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.
