Job Description: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction with affordable housing / HUD experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning and design through construction and closeout.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on all project sites.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
