Job Description:
What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, analyze, and manage technology risk by providing enterprise-wide oversight and governance for technology risk management activities within the Company. Assists with the execution of various risk frameworks across the organization by monitoring and reporting on risk activities and framework compliance for identifying, assessing and reporting on risk related activities. Builds productive working relationships with the technology, risk and operational groups within the company providing tools, capabilities, and frameworks to evolve the maturity of those groups.

Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

How You’ll Do It:

Act as the most senior technology risk SME for 1 or more technology risk domains.

Lead a team of subject matter experts (SME) on Technology Risk.

Lead the identification, innovation, design, implementation and maturity of an enterprise technology risk management and governance program.

Provides technology risk oversight and effective challenge (create, coordinate, evaluate & assess): policies, standards, risks and controls, processes and procedures.

Drive effective collaboration across all 3 lines of defense on Technology Risk management related activities.

Lead major Technology Risk initiatives.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

The Basics:

Bachelors in Information Technology, Mathematics or related field.

8+ years IT work experience in Technology Risk or Information Security (Architecture, Change Management and/or DevSecOps).

In lieu of education, 15+ years IT work experience in Technology Risk or Information Security (Architecture, Change Management and/or DevSecOps).

Internal applicants only: Technical proficiency rating of expert on the Dreyfus engineering scale.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Masters in Information Technology, Mathematics or related field.

10+ years IT work experience in Technology Risk or Information Security (Architecture, Change Management and/or DevSecOps).

Other: CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
