Overall responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Responsible for engaging customers regarding Quality.
  • Responsible for consistently ensuring we are shipping Quality products.
  • Responsible for ensuring suppliers consistently send us Quality parts.
  • All Quality-related compliance audits.
  • Manage, lead, and mentor the Quality department.
Requirements
  • 2 - 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelors and/or equivalent experience or a combination of the two.
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and UL standards.
  • Ability to read and analyze prints.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in Manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Ability to quickly understand and translate it into a roadmap.
  • Engage through high standards, meaningful communications, and direct and mutual feedback.
  • Ability to embrace and champion a respectful and collaborative culture.
  • Experience in injection molding, caps and closures, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Salary Description
$62,000 - $82,000 Annually based on experience
