The Ledgent Technology Business Solutions Manager, focused primarily on technology talent, drives business development in Sacramento,CA. Working in a largely remote environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, you will be responsible for developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities.

  • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferrable experience.
  • Individuals with strong business acumen who enjoy negotiating.
