At STACK, the Director, Total Rewards & Shared Services will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy and shared services programs. You will work closely with the People & Culture team, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of compensation, benefits, and other rewards initiatives. Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that is competitive and supports the organization's business goals, values, and culture.
· Compensation Management: Design and manage the organization's compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs. Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary benefits.
· Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on various aspects of total rewards. Develop and execute communication plans to communicate with employees on total rewards policies, changes or updates.
· Shared Services: Lead the HR shared services strategy aligned with business objectives involving process, technology and a culture of high-touch service delivery.
· Responsible for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, leaves of absence and employment practices.
· Implement and manage employee recognition and rewards program that motivate and reward employees for their contributions.
· Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to evaluate, select, and manage benefits providers and other relevant third-party services to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective total rewards programs. Negotiate contracts and review service agreements.
Office: Hybrid, 1-2 days remote
· Travel: Domestic travel required, up to 10%
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement total rewards programs that support business goals and objectives
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
· Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.

· You have strong attention to detail and can prioritize workload across implementation projects and support services.
