What You’ll Do:
Manage and mentor Project Managers while overseeing luxury residential projects that embody Lakeside’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects, ensuring they reflect Lakeside’s values.
- Provide expert guidance and create a seamless client experience.
- Mentor Project Managers to maintain professionalism and quality.
- Collaborate on subcontractor and supplier procurement.
- Oversee project contracts and costs for quality and budget alignment.
- Ensure projects meet Lakeside’s design principles and standards.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and expertise in delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, instilling confidence in clients.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding, and cost management.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar tools.
