Looking for an exciting new challenge in the construction industry?
Our Client is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to join our team!
Your background must have 10-15+ years of Heavy Civil Construction estimating experience.
You'll be responsible for coordinating bid preparation requirements with the Contract Administrator, communicating with Owners, Partners, Representatives, Architects, and Consultants, and mentoring and managing Junior Estimators as assigned.
Prepare budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders, and assist in preliminary project schedules.
If you're looking to lead and support successful competitive bid projects, lead design-build pursuits, and Target Value Delivery opportunities, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of construction estimating experience
- Excellent communication skills with a strong math aptitude
- Experience in industrial & commercial construction build/design work
- Able to work with speed and accuracy
-Fully experienced with HCSS / Heavybid
