We are hiring an HR Coordinator for an onsite role in Kansas City, MO!
Details:
- $26.50 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract - 3 months - likely to extend
- Onsite in Kansas City MO
- Schedule: 7:30am - 4pm

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Following vaccines required upon offer: Proof of Flu Vaccine or Declination Letter (FLU season), QT Gold blood titer, MMR Titers, Varicella Titers, Hepatitis B Titers, Tdap Vaccine, COVID vaccination or declination Required
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR programs with HR Business Partners and managers.
- Support HR Support Model; guide employees to resources.
- Collaborate with HR Service Center for program execution.
- Raise awareness of HR programs.
- Respond to urgent HR issues and support emergency plans.
- Promote employee engagement through events and recognition.
- Distribute HR communications and coordinate Employee Activity Groups.
- Implement action plans from engagement surveys.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Maintain confidential Employee Relations data.
- Assist with local hiring and interview processes.
- Support compliance initiatives and audit preparation.
- Facilitate learning and development activities.
- Organize benefits enrollment sessions.
- Aid in salary and incentive planning.
- Generate HR metrics reports for the VP of HR.
- Assist employees returning from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp.
- Use office software accurately while handling confidential information.
