Responsibilities

1. Ascertain new resources for trend, design and concept information alongside our Trend Department.
2. Identify key looks and silhouettes to support concepts or shops.
3. Keep abreast of ever-changing customer identity and interests relating to the social and cultural aspects of their lifestyle.
4. Participate in seasonal style-outs.
5. Collect images to represent and illustrate current and future trends.
6. Manage the US Styling Process with the Merchandising + Design Teams.
7. Ownership and execution of all styling and technical pinning on set.
8. Manage styling closet.
9. Oversee interns/assistants.
10. Focus on E-Commerce and Campaign Styling.
11. This position partners with Creative, Merchandising, Design, and Marketing teams.
12. Work closely on calendar planning and sample availability.

Qualifications

1. 4 to 7 years experience required in styling for an E-Commerce retailer/brand.
2. An extremely strong knowledge of trends and the ability to translate visually.
3. Technically advanced with on set pinning and have a strong understanding of fit.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.
5. Nimble, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
6. You believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback, and you’re comfortable sharing thoughtful feedback to others as needed.
7. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
8. Bonus points if you’re fluent in Mandarin.
