The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare candidates for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role within 18-24 months. Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed into the desired roles in Florida, Louisiana, or Mississippi. The program includes partnering with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee a multi-million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of that facility. Participants will also assist in growing the company's market share and gain insight into customers' organizational structures.
