You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Financial Crimes Customer Service Representative responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Financial Crimes products or services.Primary ResponsibilitiesDetermines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policiesCoordinates problem resolution with appropriate departmentsInforms customers of standard procedures or resolution of problemWorks with either close supervision or under clearly defined proceduresThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferencesOne (1) year of customer service or related experienceSkills and CompetenciesComputer skills and ability to navigate various systemsCustomer service skillsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsTime management skills and ability to multi-taskShift:Shift for this position will be discussed during the interview set up. Shift will be an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am-7pm Monday-Sunday.Additional Preferences:Experience with Financial Crimes/ Fraud is highly preferred.Prior experience in high volume Call Center EnvironmentThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham AL, Nashville TN, Atlanta GA , Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Denver CO, Houston TX, Orlando FL, Salt Lake City UT, Tampa FL, or Hattiesburg MS . Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
