THE JOB:
As a Spa Host, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels, will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
STARTING PAY RATE: $16 Hourly
SCHEDULE: On Call
Spa Hours of Operation:
Mon - Sun: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
- Assist guests in the booking of spa services, with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
- Ensure punctuality by escorting guests to waiting areas in anticipation of spa treatments.
- Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
- Maintain a clean and tranquil spa environment where guests can relax and ensure spa facilities and locker areas are well stocked, presentable, and in sanitary conditions in alignment with standards.
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
- Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays.
- Has a flexible schedule.
- Is dependable and service-focused.
- Has prior experience using Zenoti and Opera.
