SAP Solution Architect

The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions, focusing on financial, procurement, and maintenance operations. This role utilizes SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and workflow automation to drive operational efficiency, ensure financial controls, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance with change control procedures, and maintains operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for Procure to Pay (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM), integrated with Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Manage system configuration, data migration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Automate business processes using SAP and BTP workflow capabilities.
• Customize reporting tools for real-time insights into financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with AMS and business teams for configuration changes and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure compliance with change control and maintain operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and documentation for audits.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP implementation and support experience, including 5+ years with S/4HANA and expertise in MM, PM, and QM modules.
• Experience with SAP BTP, custom workflows, and external system integrations.
• Leadership in large-scale SAP project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with S/4HANA 2022, SAP Solution Manager, and ChaRM.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP certifications preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
