Responsibilities and Duties

Harkcon is looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). CSD leads the Nation's strategic and unified work to strengthen the security, resilience, and workforces of the cyber ecosystem to protect critical services. The Executive Administrator will support all areas related to administrative support for the CSD. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Role:

  • Federal budget processing, such as financial management and reporting, planning and analysis and reporting, and portfolio management to the federal lead.
  • Creating communications and presentations, facilitating meetings, tracking decisions/issues/risks, and supporting the team and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applying strong communication skills to build relationships, connect people, and support team members.
  • Creating and/or supporting project deliverables.
  • Managing internal and client communications and maintaining program knowledge management / tracking.
  • Coordinating customer engagement activities on behalf of the client.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years budget formulations experience.
  • 5+ years DHS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) experience.
  • Demonstrated accounting skills include principles, standards and techniques.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
